We're looking for an experienced
Senior Software Engineer
with
strong Ruby on Rails
and

expertise to work on a cutting-edge SaaS platform in the
Legal Tech / e-Discovery domain
.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Architect and build scalable, high-performance features
  • Lead and mentor junior developers
  • Optimize system performance and drive tech strategy
  • Collaborate with US-based stakeholders (some overlap required)


Your Skills:

  • 8+ years in software engineering
  • Expertise in
    Ruby on Rails
    &
  • Experience with distributed systems & AWS
  • Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities
  • Legal domain experience preferred


Hybrid:
Work from office Tue–Thu


Timing:
Flexible, but should accommodate some overlap with US teams
