Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled PMC Project Manager with 8+ years of experience in handling construction and interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will act as the client's representative, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, plan, and manage end-to-end project execution on behalf of the client.
  • Develop detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
  • Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless execution.
  • Review technical drawings, BOQs, material submittals, and ensure compliance with project specifications.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and ensure quality, safety, and progress benchmarks are met.
  • Identify and resolve risks, delays, or conflicts proactively.
  • Manage project billing, contractor payments, and cost control.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and HSE guidelines.
  • Prepare and present project status reports to clients and senior management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture / Construction Management (Master's preferred).
  • Minimum 8 years of proven experience in project management, with at least 3+ years in a PMC role.
  • Strong knowledge of project planning tools (MS Project / Primavera).
  • Demonstrated track record in delivering commercial, retail, hospitality, or corporate fit-out projects.
  • Excellent leadership, client-handling, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of contracts (FIDIC, EPC, Turnkey) and vendor management.

Preferred Skills:

  • PMP / PRINCE2 or equivalent certification (preferred).
  • Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50, ₹70,000.00 per month
