Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Coordinate recruitment processes, including job postings, resume screening, and interviews.
- Manage employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Employee Relations:
- Handle employee relations issues, addressing grievances, and resolving conflicts to maintain a positive work environment.
- Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR databases.
- Administrative Support:
- Provide administrative support to senior management, including scheduling meetings and managing office supplies.
- Organize company events and employee engagement activities to foster a collaborative workplace culture.
- Payroll and Compliance:
- Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Ensure HR practices are in full compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
- Record Keeping and Documentation:
- Maintain and update employee records, personal files, and HR-related documents.
- Prepare employment letters, contracts, and other HR-related documentation.
- Communication Management: Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls, ensuring timely responses and maintaining confidentiality.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Organizational Skills: Exceptional time-management and organizational abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with executives and other stakeholders.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) and familiarity with office management procedures.
- Confidentiality: Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
