Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Faridabad for a Data Entry Supervisor. The Data Entry Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing data entry operations, managing data accuracy and integrity, ensuring timely completion of data entry tasks, and providing training and support to data entry staff. The role also involves troubleshooting data-related issues and collaborating with other departments to enhance data entry processes.

  • Supervisory Skills: Ability to manage and lead data entry staff
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities and effective interpersonal relationships
  • Analytical Skills: Capability to analyze data for accuracy, identify issues, and implement improvements
  • Customer Service: Excellent customer service skills to address internal and external inquiries
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Experience in data entry or related fields is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is advantageous
