We are seeking a well-organized, proactive, and technology-savvy professional to work as a Technical Assistant to a senior leader. This role involves supporting daily operations, tracking key initiatives, and facilitating effective communication across teams. It offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure to strategic decision-making processes, contribute to high-impact projects, and play a central role in enabling cross-functional coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Executive & Project Support

  2. Work closely with the leader to understand priorities and help translate them into clear actions.

  3. Track key initiatives, flag roadblocks early, and follow through on outcomes.

  4. Attend key meetings and ensure follow-ups for the timelines.

  5. Communication & Coordination

  6. Help draft leadership updates, presentations, and internal communications.

  7. Be the point of contact for internal teams, partners, and vendors when needed.

  8. Set up regular review meetings, prepare materials, and help keep the rhythm going.

  9. Governance & Stakeholder Tracking

  10. Support leadership in preparing for forums and reviews.

  11. Maintain trackers, follow-up lists, and help bring structure to fast-moving priorities.

  12. Highlight action items, upcoming risks, and key decisions needed.

  13. Organizational Support

  14. Work with Corporate Functions and other teams to make sure the leaders unit runs smoothly.

  15. Help communicate key updates, coordinate offsites/townhalls/management workshops
  16. Support internal employee engagement activities.
  17. Support creation of internal dashboards or reporting needs.

What Youll Need

Education & Experience

  • Bachelors degree (Business, Engineering or Information Technology).
  • Around 6 years of experience in roles such as project coordination, executive support, or program management.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a dynamic environment.
  • Comfortable with tools like MS Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.
  • Curious about how business is changing with latest technology (AI, digital platforms, etc.).
  • Professionalism, confidentiality, and strong follow-through.
