Team Lead Health Claims DD/DV

Position Description

As the Team Lead – DD/DV (Document Verification/Data Validation), you are the quality gatekeeper for the non-medical claims journey. You lead with clarity, ensuring that every verification is accurate, timely, and aligned with service standards. Through audits, training, and tech-driven improvements, you elevate the team's output and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Productivity & TMS Monitoring

     Guide DD/DV processors to meet daily productivity targets and maintain system hygiene in TMS.
  • Workflow Coordination

     Collaborate with internal teams to streamline document verification and resolve bottlenecks in claims movement.
  • Performance & Training Oversight

     Monitor team members individually and recommend training wherever performance gaps are observed.
  • Efficiency Enhancement

     Identify technical or process-level improvements to reduce TAT and boost throughput.
  • Audit & Feedback

     Conduct periodic audits of DD/DV processes, provide constructive feedback, and implement corrective measures for continuous quality improvement.

Experience & Skills Required

Experience:

  • Minimum 1 year in GoDigit Health Claims preferred
  • Must be familiar with Digit's internal systems and processes
