Roles and Responsibilities

  • Forecasting and Budgeting

  • Phasing of Budgets, forecasts and Plans

  • Scenario Building across Revenue, People cost, SCM costs, Overheads, and establishing correlation between business events and cost movement

  • Supply chain cost analysis & deep dive

  • Revenue Analytics

  • Building database for KPI analysis

  • MIS support to CFO and Accounting and Tax manager (Controller)

  • ERP Laying Controls and Audits of controls

  • Deep dive into specific areas of concern

  • Key Reconciliations needed by CFO and executive Board

  • Key Data -Plotting and building up month on month
  • Work on specific Automation projects to drive productivity /efficiency

  • Ensuring Finance Operational Efficiency by working with CFO on improving functional cost effectiveness

  • Supporting CFO, CEO for various board decks , presentations

  • Supporting CFO drive finance agenda, Timetable for action

  • Work on analytics around Tax, M&A and Projections needed for Banks

  • Work on Credit rating and Funding proposals with CFO

Desired Candidate Profile

  • A Business Finance and Reporting professional with an experience of 5 7 years working in Business Reporting, Management Information System and Analytics in any mid to large org or Big 4

  • The individual should have best in class MS office, Power BI and/or Tableau skills and have a very good understanding of ERP and a flair for number crunching and data modelling

  • An individual who is presently working as a Business Analyst in Retail, FMCG, Logistics industries or in large companies

  • Has an analytical bent of mind and passion to learn and grow with a dynamic Organization
