Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated freshers to join our team as Telecallers. The role involves reaching out to potential customers, providing information about our solar energy solutions, and generating leads for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers.
  • Provide details about solar products and services offered by the company.
  • Explain the benefits of adopting solar energy.
  • Collect and update customer information in the database.
  • Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
  • Maintain a positive relationship with customers through effective communication.
  • Achieve daily/weekly calling targets.

Requirements:

  • Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (any stream).
  • Freshers can apply (training will be provided).
  • Good communication skills in Gujarati & Hindi (basic English preferred).
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / Data entry).
  • Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12, ₹18,000.00 per month
