**Job Summary**:
We are looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated **freshers** to join our team as Telecallers. The role involves reaching out to potential customers, providing information about our solar energy solutions, and generating leads for the sales team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers.
- Provide details about solar products and services offered by the company.
- Explain the benefits of adopting solar energy.
- Collect and update customer information in the database.
- Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
- Maintain a positive relationship with customers through effective communication.
- Achieve daily/weekly calling targets.

**Requirements**:

- Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (any stream).
- Good communication skills in Gujarati & Hindi (basic English preferred).
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / Data entry).
- Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

- Gujarati (preferred)
