About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced
Senior Store Executive
to manage and oversee all store operations for our real estate projects. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of inventory management, vendor coordination, and material handling within the construction and real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day store operations, including receiving, issuing, and maintaining construction materials.
  • Ensure proper documentation of stock entries, consumption, and dispatch as per company standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory using ERP/software/manual systems.
  • Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and vendors to ensure timely supply of materials.
  • Monitor stock levels and raise purchase requests as per project requirements.
  • Conduct periodic physical verification of stock and reconcile with system records.
  • Ensure safe storage, handling, and preservation of materials.
  • Implement cost control measures to reduce wastage and pilferage.
  • Prepare and share regular MIS reports on material movement and stock status with management.
  • Lead and supervise junior store staff for smooth operations.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of
    store management practices in real estate/construction
    .
  • Familiarity with
    construction materials, specifications, and vendor management
    .
  • Hands-on experience in
    ERP systems, MS Excel, and stock reporting
    .
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to handle pressure and meet project timelines.

Qualifications

  • Graduate/Diploma in
    Material Management, Supply Chain, or related field
    .
  • 5–6 years of relevant experience in store management within
    real estate or construction projects
    .
