Role Overview:

The Marketing Trainee role is designed for energetic graduates seeking hands-on exposure in marketing, sales support, digital campaigns, and field activations. The role involves working closely with Sales, Customer Service, and Digital Marketing teams to execute ATL/BTL activities, conduct market research, and drive brand growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and product benchmarking
  • Support ATL/BTL marketing activities, on-ground promotions, and retailer activations
  • Assist in digital marketing campaigns including social media, WhatsApp, and app notifications
  • Support onboarding and training of retailers and distributors on digital platforms
  • Coordinate with Sales, Customer, and cross-functional teams
  • Maintain marketing activity reports and track campaign performance metrics

Eligibility & Skills:

  • MBA (Marketing), BBM, BCom, or any business/commerce graduate
  • Freshers or candidates with relevant internships preferred
  • Strong communication skills in English and Kannada
  • Interest in FMCG, retail marketing, and digital commerce
  • Basic knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and social media marketing
