We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Executive to help us expand our client base and support the growth of our internal projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Sales:
- Identify, generate, and close new business opportunities in IT services, digital marketing, and design solutions.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Understand client needs and propose customized solutions.
- Coordinate with the technical and marketing teams to deliver proposals and presentations.
- Internal Sales & Growth:
- Promote and sell DesignerDudes' own digital products and internal service offerings.
- Work with the management team to strategize and execute sales campaigns for in-house initiatives.
- Provide feedback to improve internal services based on client interactions and market research.
- General Responsibilities:
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and growth opportunities.
- Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and meetings (as required).
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive/Business Development Executive (experience in IT/Digital Marketing industry is a plus).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build rapport and long-term client relationships.
- Good understanding of IT services, digital marketing, and creative solutions.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and resilient under pressure.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office/Google Workspace.
Nice to Have
- Experience selling SaaS, IT solutions, or creative/marketing services.
- Existing client network in relevant industries.
- Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tools.
