Your Tasks

  • Manage operational and strategic projects
  • Being able to elaborate independently concepts related to operations and finance
  • Being able to manage interdisciplinary groups / project teams with a high level of empathy
  • Being able to translate abstract project-targets into operational tasks
  • Driving project tasks and finding creative work-arounds for obstacles during execution

Your Profile

  • Reporting to Group Lead and supporting / driving specific COO reporting tasks
  • Maintain internal information base related to production and project data
  • Managing strategic projects related to business digitization and systems (e.g. SAP), Process improvements, footprint, efficiency improvement
  • Managing topics / task forces to improve ad-hoc operational business issues
  • CA qualified with strong interpersonal skill and expertise in finance & operational tasks
  • 3-4 years of industry experience in operations.
  • Experienced in working within multinational corporate environments and highly adaptable to matrix reporting structures, collaborating effectively across global teams and diverse functional hierarchies.
