Role Overview

As an
Influencer Marketing Manager
at GoBoult, you will be at the forefront of driving GoBoult's influencer strategy, ensuring we continue to lead the market and grow our brand presence with authenticity and engagement. You'll be responsible for building strong partnerships with
macro

micro influencers
, crafting creative campaigns that resonate with our diverse audience, and driving impactful results across social media platforms.

This role requires an innovative mindset and the ability to collaborate across teams to deliver on GoBoult's mission to disrupt and redefine the wearable and audio space. You'll need to be data-driven, creative, and passionate about connecting with audiences through influencers who authentically represent our brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and Execute Influencer Strategy:
    Lead and define GoBoult's influencer marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions, leveraging
    macro
    ,
    lifestyle
    , and
    micro influencers
    .
  • Build and Nurture Relationships:
    Identify, engage, and build lasting relationships with key
    macro
    ,
    lifestyle
    , and
    micro influencers
    , celebrities, and creators across various social media platforms.
  • Campaign Planning and Execution:
    Manage end-to-end influencer campaigns, from planning and content creation to execution and performance analysis.
  • Content Collaboration:
    Work closely with influencers to develop engaging and creative content that aligns with GoBoult's brand voice and resonates with our audience.
  • Track Campaign Performance:
    Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize influencer campaigns, using KPIs such as engagement rates, ROI, and brand sentiment.
  • Collaborate Across Teams:
    Partner with the marketing, product, and creative teams to align on campaign objectives and ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
  • Stay Ahead of Trends:
    Keep up-to-date with influencer marketing trends, emerging platforms, and content formats to maintain a competitive edge in the market.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years
    of experience in influencer marketing, preferably in
    consumer electronics

  • Proven track record of managing successful
    influencer campaigns
    that have delivered measurable results.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.) and influencer marketing tools.
  • Excellent

    negotiation skills
    , with the ability to manage multiple influencers and campaigns simultaneously.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities without compromising on quality.
