About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic
Influencer Marketing Manager
to lead influencer-driven campaigns end-to-end. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, creating innovative strategies, scouting and managing influencers, and ensuring seamless campaign execution. This role requires a strong understanding of digital marketing, social media trends, and the ability to deliver measurable business impact through influencer collaborations.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and present influencer marketing strategies tailored to client objectives and brand positioning.
- Identify suitable influencers based on brand requirements, campaign goals, audience insights, and content style.
- Stay updated with platform trends (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.) to design relevant and impactful campaign strategies.
Campaign Management:
- End-to-end ownership of influencer campaigns – from planning, influencer selection, contract negotiations, execution, to performance tracking.
- Oversee influencer briefing, content approvals, and timely campaign delivery.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Strategy, Pricing, and Operations) for smooth campaign execution.
Client Management:
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring clear communication and expectation management.
- Regularly share campaign updates, reports, and insights with clients.
- Build long-term client relationships by ensuring campaign success and retention.
Influencer Relationship Management:
- Build and nurture strong relationships with influencers, creators, and their agencies.
- Negotiate deliverables, timelines, and costs to ensure maximum ROI for clients.
- Maintain an updated database of influencers across categories and platforms.
Reporting & Analytics:
- Track campaign performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions, ROI) and generate detailed reports.
- Provide insights and recommendations for optimization in ongoing and future campaigns.
- Benchmark performance against industry standards.
