- Handle documentation such as invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, shipping instructions, and customs paperwork.
- Maintain records of shipments, delivery schedules, and compliance documents.
- Communicate with overseas clients and suppliers via email and calls.
- Perform accurate data entry of transactions and maintain filing systems.
- Assist in preparing reports related to imports, exports, and logistics.
- Support the management team with administrative and clerical tasks.
