We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented L1 Support Engineer to join our IT team, focusing on Quality Management (QM) and Plant Maintenance (PM) SAP modules. This role is ideal for individuals with up to 2-4 year experience who possess a basic understanding of SAP S4Hana and have completed relevant certificationResponsibilities and Duties

  • Provide first-level support for SAP QM and PM modules.
  • Address day-to-day issues encountered by users with SAP QM and PM modules.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve basic issues or escalate more complex problems to higher levels of support.
  • Assist with basic SAP configuration tasks in QM & PM modules.
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation of issues and solutions.
  • Adhere to the Service Level Agreement (SLA) of the ticketing system, ensuring prompt and efficient handling of support tickets.
  • Collaborate with end-users to understand and resolve their SAP-related queries.
  • Participate actively in training sessions and stay updated with SAP S4Hana advancements and best practices.
  • Work under supervision and adhere to company policies and guidelines.

Qualifications
