Job Description: Senior Manager Warehouse

  • Supervise deliveries of goods into warehouses and ensure products are accounted for, stored safely and securely, and dispatched efficiently to customers. Ensure materials storage and space management efficiently. Manage warehouse staff, including ensuring that they are working safely.
  • Control and manage the inventory of Raw materials, packing materials, and engineering materials, ensuring GMP compliance in the warehouse.
  • Supervise warehouse employees and oversee daily operations, such as Safe Handling of materials, filling of Statutory Returns, and liquidating of Non-Moving / Dead inventory.
  • Perform general maintenance of machinery used in the warehouse
  • Inspect the condition of tools and equipment
  • Ensure that safety rules & norms are followed in everyday work
  • Ensure optimum use of Man, Materials and facility in the warehouse
  • Enforce all company rules and regulations & track compliances (Deviation, change control, etc.)
  • Ensure a high degree of detail and focus on every job & Manage customer service requests promptly, and resolve issues quickly.
  • Communicate with drivers to ensure efficient delivery of products
  • Responsible for Raw material, Packaging Material, Finished Goods, Engineering Store, Audits, GMP compliance in the warehouse, monitoring checks & controls in the warehouse, Transportation/job work with third-party / Job work inter-unit / Others, Insurance, Export Oriented Unit Rule compliances /renewals/permissions, follow up with buyer etc.
