As we evolve and go digital, we are looking for a creative and strategic
Social Media Manager
to drive our digital presence and support our rapid growth journey. As part of this role, you will be working closely with and reporting to our Digital Marketing Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Content Strategy & Planning:

  • Develop and maintain a social media content strategy and calendar aligned with marketing and sales goals.
  • Brainstorm and execute creative campaigns to increase reach, engagement, and lead generation.

Content Creation & Editing:

  • Create, edit, and publish engaging
    static posts, reels, and video content
    across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
  • Ensure all content reflects Gracelands' brand identity and storytelling.

Copywriting & Communication:

  • Write compelling
    ad copies, captions, and blog posts
    that educate, inform, and drive action.
  • Adapt messaging for different audiences (investors, homebuyers, community members).

Design & Tools:

  • Design creatives using
    Canva, Photoshop, or other photo/video editing platforms
    .
  • Collaborate with external photographers/videographers when required.

Campaign Management:

  • Assist in planning and executing
    paid ad campaigns
    on Meta, Google, and other digital platforms.
  • Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, leads, CPL) and suggest optimizations.

Community Engagement:

  • Monitor and respond to comments, DMs, and online reviews to foster trust and credibility.
  • Build and engage with a community of homebuyers and investors around Gracelands' projects.

Ideal Candidate:

  1. Someone who is well-versed in industry trends, research-driven, and adaptive to trying different strategies

  2. Basic knowledge of WordPress (posting blogs will be part of the role). Don't worry, if you're not confident yet, you'll get to learn

  3. Strong sense of Instagram engagement, crafting funny, witty, and smart comments to boost organic reach on industry-related posts

Qualifications and Skills:

  • 2–4 years of experience in social media management, preferably in
    real estate, lifestyle, or consumer brands
  • Strong
    content creation and editing skills
    (graphic design + video editing)
  • Excellent command of
    English writing
    for ads, captions, and blogs
  • Familiarity with
    digital marketing, paid ads, and analytics tools
    is a plus
  • Creative thinker with an eye for aesthetics and storytelling
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with sales and marketing teams
  • An entrepreneurial, go-getter, and ambitious mindset is a plus
