Lead SAP CRM Functional Consultant

Location: Bangalore preferred, but open to remote in India

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead SAP CRM Functional Consultant to drive design, delivery, and optimization of SAP CRM solutions across complex enterprise environments. This role will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and cross-functional partners to lead end-to-end CRM processes and ensure scalable, high-quality solution delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead requirement gathering, solution design, and functional configuration within SAP CRM (Sales, Service, Marketing, Interaction Center).
  • Serve as the functional SME for CRM processes, integrations, and enhancements.
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams for development.
  • Oversee and guide offshore/onshore functional and technical teams.
  • Drive testing cycles (SIT/UAT), defect resolution, and production deployment support.
  • Ensure alignment with SAP best practices and integration with ECC/S/4HANA and external CRM systems.
  • Support roadmap planning, release management, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of SAP CRM functional experience with strong hands-on configuration expertise.
  • Experience leading full lifecycle CRM implementations.
  • Deep knowledge of CRM Web UI, Middleware, Actions, Partner Determination, and Service Processes.
  • Strong understanding of integration with ECC/S/4 (SD, CS, FI, OData/Gateway preferred).
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder-management skills.

Pay: ₹2,000, ₹2,200,000.00 per year
