Key Responsibilities:1. Taxation

  • Assist in preparation and filing of Income Tax Returns for individuals, firms, and companies.
  • Support in GST compliance including registration, return filing (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B), and reconciliation.
  • Draft replies for notices and assessments under Income Tax and GST.
  • Assist in TDS return filing and reconciliation of Form 26AS.
  • Research tax provisions and case laws for advisory purposes.

2. Accounting

  • Perform bookkeeping using Tally, QuickBooks, or other ERP software.
  • Assist in preparation of financial statements as per applicable accounting standards.
  • Perform monthly closing of accounts and bank reconciliations.
  • Maintain and update fixed asset register and ledgers.

3. Audit & Assurance

  • Assist in statutory audits of companies, firms, and trusts.
  • Participate in internal audits, risk assessments, and control testing.
  • Perform vouching, verification, and sampling of financial transactions.
  • Help in drafting audit reports and documentation as per SA (Standards on Auditing).
  • Ensure compliance with CARO, Companies Act, 2013, and other applicable laws.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing CA (IPCC/Intermediate) from ICAI.
  • Strong knowledge of Direct & Indirect Taxation, Accounting Standards, and Audit procedures.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally ERP, and accounting software.
  • Good communication and analytical skills.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a professional environment.
