**Key Responsibilities:1. Taxation**
- Assist in **preparation and filing of Income Tax Returns** for individuals, firms, and companies.
- Support in **GST compliance** including registration, return filing (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B), and reconciliation.
- Draft replies for **notices and assessments** under Income Tax and GST.
- Assist in **TDS return filing** and reconciliation of Form 26AS.
- Research tax provisions and case laws for advisory purposes.

**2. Accounting**
- Perform **bookkeeping** using Tally, QuickBooks, or other ERP software.
- Assist in **preparation of financial statements** as per applicable accounting standards.
- Perform **monthly closing of accounts** and bank reconciliations.
- Maintain and update **fixed asset register** and ledgers.

**3. Audit & Assurance**
- Assist in **statutory audits** of companies, firms, and trusts.
- Participate in **internal audits**, risk assessments, and control testing.
- Perform **vouching, verification, and sampling** of financial transactions.
- Help in **drafting audit reports** and documentation as per SA (Standards on Auditing).
- Ensure compliance with **CARO, Companies Act, 2013**, and other applicable laws.

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing **CA (IPCC/Intermediate)** from ICAI.
- Strong knowledge of **Direct & Indirect Taxation**, **Accounting Standards**, and **Audit procedures**.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally ERP, and accounting software.
- Good communication and analytical skills.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a professional environment.
