Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist, based in kerala or bengaluru. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for conducting sales activities, managing customer relationships, and delivering training to customers and colleagues. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, providing excellent customer service, managing sales processes, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves working closely with other team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proven Sales experience and Sales Management abilities
- Experience in providing Training on products and services
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Knowledge of the healthcare industry is a plus
