As we expand, we're seeking a talented and driven Marketing & Business Development Manager to grow with us.

Key Responsibilities:Marketing Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement strategic marketing campaigns (online & offline)
  • Manage digital presence (social media, SEO, paid ads, email marketing)
  • Plan and execute promotional activities, industry events, and exhibitions
  • Oversee the design and distribution of marketing collateral

Business Development

  • Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and client leads
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Prepare proposals and pitch decks for prospective clients
  • Collaborate with the creative team to align marketing with production capabilities

Brand Management

  • Strengthen the Pompee VFX brand across all channels
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities
  • Drive thought leadership and PR initiatives to position Pompee VFX as an industry leader

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing and business development (preferably in media/animation/VFX)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
  • Proficiency in digital tools: Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, CRM systems, Canva, etc.
  • Passion for animation, creativity, and storytelling is a plus
