Job Description – Architect / Sr Architect (.Net. AWS)

· years of software development experience with 4+ years in architectural roles

·       Expert-level proficiency in .NET Core and Entity Framework with recent experience in AWS and DevOps

·       Strong experience with Angular, preferably recent version experience

·       Hands-on experience with .NET MAUI for cross-platform application development

·       Deep understanding of Microservices architecture and serverless computing

·       Production experience with Microsoft SQL Server and NoSQL databases (DynamoDB)

·       Extensive hands-on experience architecting solutions on AWS

·       Proven expertise with serverless architectures using AWS Lambda and API Gateway

·       Strong experience with AWS security services (Cognito, Secrets Manager, WAF)

·       Proficiency in infrastructure-as-code using AWS Cloud Formation

·       Experience with AWS messaging and event-driven architectures (SQS, SNS, EventBridge)

·       Knowledge of AWS monitoring, logging, and observability (CloudWatch)

·       Understanding of AWS networking (Route 53, CloudFront, VPC)

·       Experience with AWS RDS, S3, and SES

·       Experience with multi-platform deployment (iOS, Android, Windows stores)

·       Understanding of mobile and desktop application distribution

·       Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (JIRA)

·       Experience with product migrations and legacy system modernization

·       Strong understanding of security best practices and compliance requirements.

·       Lead product strategy and roadmap development in partnership with the Product Owner, ensuring alignment with organizational goals

·       Champion product modernization and migration initiatives (e.g., Windows platform application to SaaS)

·       Drive alignment between internal priorities and client-facing commitments to ensure strategic consistency

·       Identify opportunities for new integrations, automation, and platform scalability

·       Evaluate emerging technologies and design trends for continuous product evolution

·       Ensure the product remains competitive, secure, and scalable across global clients and environments

·       Define and own the technical architecture for our multi-platform SaaS solution

·       Ensure architectural decisions support scalability, security, performance, and maintainability

·       Own overall product quality, including functionality, usability, and stability across all environments

·       Approve sprint goals, major deliverables, and release milestones with Product Managers and Delivery teams

·       Lead and mentor technical teams, ensuring cohesive collaboration and accountability

·       Build a culture of ownership and innovation, empowering team leads to make data-driven decisions

·       Identify skill gaps and create cross-skilling and growth pathways for each functional stream

·       Promote collaboration, transparency, and accountability across distributed teams

·       Facilitate inter-team alignment between design and engineering for smooth handoffs and cross-module consistency

·       Ensure each function aligns with the product vision, delivery timelines, and quality standards

·       Oversee data governance, reporting infrastructure, and analytics strategy with the Data Engineering team.
