Position Overview

We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Admin & Accounting Officer to support our daily administrative, accounting, and operational functions. This is a fully remote role suited for candidates who can work independently and manage multiple responsibilities with accuracy and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle visa-related documentation and general administrative work
  • Manage and maintain company social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
  • Perform accounting-related duties, including but not limited to:
  • Issuing invoices
  • Bookkeeping
  • Assisting with tax filing and financial documentation
  • Supporting company incorporation–related accounting and administrative work
  • Handle administrative tasks related to domestic helper services, including sourcing domestic helpers and coordinating with recruitment agencies

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English
  • Bachelor's degree or above
  • Proven experience in accounting or bookkeeping
  • Experience managing business social media accounts
  • AI literacy (comfortable using AI tools to improve efficiency and accuracy)
  • Practical knowledge of Canva for basic design and social media content creation
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
  • High level of responsibility, attention to detail, and time management skills
