Skill Sets

  • AI/ML Knowledge: Experience with LLMs, RAG, vector databases, and ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face).
  • MLOps: Familiarity with CI/CD for ML, model deployment, monitoring, and retraining workflows.
  • System Integration: Proficiency with APIs (REST, GraphQL, gRPC), microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, and orchestration tools.
  • Data Engineering: Strong SQL/NoSQL skills, ETL/ELT pipeline development, and handling structured/unstructured data.
  • Cloud Platforms: Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP for AI workload deployment and scalability.
  • Security & Compliance: Knowledge of OAuth, JWT, data encryption, and regulatory standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
  • Programming: Proficiency in Python; working knowledge of Java, Go, or for integrations.
  • Automation & DevOps: Familiarity with Terraform, Ansible, and scripting for deployment automation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop monitoring and benchmarking frameworks to evaluate integration performance, identify bottlenecks, and provide actionable insights for optimization.
  • Ensure data consistency, accuracy, and integrity across systems through robust validation, transformation, and error-handling mechanisms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align integration solutions with business objectives, ensuring compatibility with both legacy and modern systems.
  • Apply industry best practices for version control, CI/CD pipelines, and automated deployment of integration solutions.
  • Implement security protocols, compliance standards, and governance frameworks to safeguard data during transfer and integration processes.
  • Support production deployment by troubleshooting, maintaining, and continuously improving integration workflows for scalability, reliability, and maintainability.

Role may require travel / secondment to GCC.
