Job Description -

  • Supervise receiving, unloading, and storing of goods.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock in ERP/warehouse system.
  • Ensure proper labeling, stacking, and storage of materials.
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the purchase/sales team for replenishment.
  • Prepare and verify dispatch documents, invoices, and delivery challans.
  • Coordinate with transporters and logistics partners for timely deliveries.
  • Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Ensure warehouse safety, cleanliness, and compliance with company policies.
  • Manage warehouse staff and allocate tasks effectively.
  • Support continuous improvement in warehouse processes.
