At **Kondaas Automation Private Limited**, we are a leading provider of sustainable solar energy solutions. We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable **Warehouse Executive** to support our growing logistics and supply chain operations.

**Job Summary**:
The **Warehouse Executive** will be responsible for managing day-to-day warehouse activities including receiving, storing, and dispatching solar products and components. The role also involves inventory control, ensuring product quality, and maintaining warehouse safety and cleanliness.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials such as solar panels, inverters, batteries, and other components.
- Organize and store items in assigned locations and maintain proper stock arrangement.
- Manage stock levels and update inventory records regularly using ERP or inventory software.
- Coordinate with procurement, sales, and project teams for dispatches and delivery scheduling.
- Prepare materials for shipment, ensuring proper packaging and documentation.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory checks to ensure accuracy.
- Ensure warehouse safety, cleanliness, and compliance with company SOPs.
- Handle damaged or returned goods and coordinate replacements or adjustments.
- Maintain logs and records of warehouse activities and generate periodic reports.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
- 3-7 years of warehouse experience, preferably in the solar, electrical, or electronics industry.
- Knowledge of inventory systems and basic computer skills (Excel, ERP).
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to lift and move solar components safely.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling inventory.
