Role & responsibilities:-

  • Be the primary point of contact for students for academic guidance, course selection, and scheduling.
  • Coordinate with teachers to manage class timings, batch formation, and course delivery.
  • Help plan and organise class schedules to ensure smooth learning experiences.
  • Guide prospective students about our courses.
  • Handle the registration process for students interested in joining.
  • Share important information and data with other teams as needed.
  • Maintain student records and keep them informed about class updates.
  • Work closely with both academic and administrative teams to ensure high-quality education delivery.

Preferred candidate profile :-

  • Bachelors degree or higher in Education, Management, or a related field
  • 13 years of experience in student counseling, academic coordination, or administrative roles (freshers with strong communication skills can also apply)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively with academic and administrative teams
  • Proficient in using basic office software . MS Excel, Google Sheets, CRM tools will be an additional skill.
  • Empathetic, student-focused, and proactive in solving problems
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Willingness to take ownership and show initiative in daily responsibilities
