Job Description

We are hiring an Account Executive with 2–3 years of experience in accounting and finance. The role involves managing day-to-day accounting operations, handling statutory compliances, and supporting financial reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain books of accounts, ledgers, and journal entries.
  • Handle accounts payable/receivable and vendor reconciliations.
  • Prepare monthly/quarterly MIS and financial statements.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and manage petty cash.
  • Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, and other filings.
  • Assist in audits and coordinate with external auditors.
  • Support management with reports and data analysis.

Requirements

  • M.Com / MBA (Finance preferred).
  • 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience.
  • Knowledge of Tally/Zoho/ERP or similar accounting software.
  • Strong understanding of GST, TDS & statutory compliance.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
  • Attention to detail and good communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
