Job Role Responsibilities:

Market Research team member - responsible for generating insights into the automotive ecosystem, which will be used for strategic planning, product roadmap development, and business growth initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Create and conduct primary secondary research to assess automotive market, segment dynamics and consumer trends.

Identify emerging mobility trends, regulatory changes, and macroeconomic shifts impacting the automotive industry.

Analyze competitor positioning, pricing go-to-market strategies.

Deliver regular market trend reports and forecast through dashboards across segments geographies.

Collaborate with product planning, marketing, engineering teams to support business cases and strategic planning efforts.

Manage third-party research agencies and data providers to deliver custom studies and reports.

Present actionable insights to leadership through dashboards, presentations and executive briefs. 5 Competency Requirements

Technical/ Functional:

Research Methodology Knowledge - user-centered research methods

Analytical skills - analyze data and draw meaningful conclusions.

Data Visualization skills, including MS PowerPoint skills.

Statistical Software Proficiency - MS Excel, SPSS etc.

Business portfolio Financial Acumen

Behavioral :

Excellent communication - clear effective (verbal written);

Reporting Presentation skills

Strategic mindset - connect research findings business implications

Reader Research orientation - attention to details

Self-motivated, Eager to learn.
