Shift: Night Shift (5:30 PM 2:30 AM IST)

Salary: 20,000 22,000 per month

About Us

We are currently looking for an entry-level professional who can assist with building client microsites and triaging incoming support tickets. This role offers excellent opportunities for learning and growth into larger responsibilities over time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in creating and maintaining client microsites with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Triage and respond to incoming support tickets, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, primarily U.S.-based.
  • Collaborate with team members while also being able to work independently.
  • Maintain reports and document tasks as required.

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills (must be fluent in English).
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage tasks accurately.
  • Experience working with U.S. clients (preferred).
  • Ability to work independently and adapt quickly to new tools/processes.
  • Must be comfortable working night shifts (5:30 PM 2:30 AM IST).
  • No transportation provided candidates must arrange their own commute.
