Job Description — Female Account Executive (2-4 Years Experience)

Position: Account Executive (Female)

Experience: 2–4 years

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Location: Noida Sector 62

Employment Type: Full-time (Permanent)

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Female Account Executive with 2-4 years of accounting experience. The ideal candidate must be proficient in Tally Prime, GST/TDS filing, bank reconciliation, and basic accounting functions. Strong communication, customer-handling skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks are essential.

Key Responsibilities Accounting & Finance

  • Perform regular bank reconciliations.
  • Prepare and assist with GST returns and compliance.
  • Working knowledge of PF & ESI.
  • Assist in TDS computation, deduction, and return filing.
  • Record day-to-day accounting entries in Tally Prime.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and data entry.

Customer Handling

  • Interact professionally with customers/clients and resolve queries.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Maintain effective communication and follow-ups with clients.

Audit Support

  • Assist auditors in collecting, verifying, and organizing financial data.

Administration & Coordination

  • Support the finance and accounts team in routine activities.
  • Maintain organized documentation and filing systems.
  • Prepare MIS reports as required.

Required Qualifications

  • B.Com / M.Com / BBA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent.
  • 2-4 years of experience in accounting/finance roles.
  • Proficiency in Tally Prime is mandatory.
  • Good understanding of GST, TDS, and bank reconciliation, PF,ESI.

  • Proficiency in MS Excel and data entry
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
