**Job Title: Female Account Officer**

**Location**: Sector 62, Noida

**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with Ind AS / Indian GAAP.
- Ensure timely filing of **GST, TDS, PF, ESI**, and other statutory returns.
- Support in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors during audits and reviews.
- Maintain compliance with applicable tax laws and regulatory requirements.
- Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff.
- Handle fixed asset accounting, depreciation schedules, and related reporting.
- Work closely with tax consultants for income tax filings.
- Assist the Finance Manager in preparing **MIS reports** and other financial analyses.
- Enhance and maintain strong internal controls and accounting procedures.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- **Education**: B.Com / M.Com in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
- **Experience**: 2-3 years of relevant accounting experience.
- **Software Skills**:

- Proficient in **Tally** or any other ERP/accounting software.
- Strong Excel skills (e.g., VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- **Other Skills**:

- Solid understanding of **Indian tax laws** (GST, TDS, Income Tax).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
