Job Title: Team Lead E&M and Surgery Medical Coding | CRC/CPC Certified

Locations: Chennai,

Experience Required: 6+ years

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 6+ years of experience in E&M and Surgery Medical Coding
  • Minimum 1 year experience as a Team Leader in coding operations
  • CRC or CPC certification (mandatory)
  • Bachelors degree in Life Sciences (mandatory)
  • Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills
  • Deep knowledge of E&M and Surgery coding guidelines and quality standards

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the HCC coding team to achieve accuracy and productivity goals
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to team members
  • Drive training, mentoring, and development programs for coders
  • Ensure compliance with client requirements and industry regulations
  • Coordinate with quality, operations, and client stakeholders for smooth delivery

Employment Type: Full-time
