Job Description: Social Media Executive

We are looking for a creative, proactive Social Media Executive who can manage the hospitals digital presence and handle a versatile range of tasks. The role requires strong design skills, on-ground coordination, and a flexible attitude to support various creative and administrative needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Creation & Posting:

    Design daily creatives, reels, and posts for all social media platforms.

    – Maintain a consistent posting schedule and ensure regular engagement.

    – Manage and grow the volume of daily hospital reviews through follow-ups and coordination.
  • Photography & Videography:

    – Conduct regular photoshoots of new mothers, key patients, events, and activities.

    – Capture and edit photos/videos for public communication and branding.

    – Ensure testimonials and patient stories are recorded and posted.
  • Social Media & Branding:

    – Track insights and recommend improvements.

    – Coordinate with departments to collect updates, stories, and highlights.

Flexible Responsibilities

Depending on workload, the executive may take up:

  • Basic typing/documentation tasks.
  • Simple management or operational work.
  • Beginner-level 3D modelling or creative tasks, if capable.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in design tools (Canva/Photoshop).
  • Basic knowledge of photography and video editing.
  • Strong communication skills and a can-do, adaptable attitude.
