Job Summary:

We are looking for a strong MAC Subject Matter Expert (SME) with proven experience in managing Mac as a Service via Microsoft Intune. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise in macOS environments, solid proficiency in BASH scripting, and the ability to lead end-to-end MAC configuration and support. This role also demands excellent communication skills to effectively engage with customer teams and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the MAC SME for all macOS-related initiatives and escalations.
  • Lead the end-to-end configuration, deployment, and lifecycle management of MAC devices using Microsoft Intune.
  • Develop and maintain BASH scripts to automate and optimize MAC device management tasks.
  • Provide L3-level support for complex MAC issues, including root cause analysis and resolution.
  • Collaborate with customer teams to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and ensure service excellence.
  • Ensure compliance, security, and policy enforcement across the MAC fleet.
  • Maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and troubleshooting procedures.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including Windows, Security, and Network teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in MAC device management and enterprise support

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹45,000.00 per month
