ERP / CRM (Microsoft Dynamics 365)

  • Lead endto–end implementation, rollout, adoption, and continuous improvement of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance, Operations, Sales, Service, etc.).
  • Map business processes (Finance, Sales, Procurement, Inventory, Service, Support) and convert them into automated workflows, approvals, dashboards, and reports in D365.
  • Own data migration, integrations, customizations, role–based access, and audit trails.
  • Create SOPs, training materials, and conduct user training to improve adoption.
  • Work with Microsoft / implementation partners and ensure delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.

2. IT Infrastructure Operations

  • Own on–prem and cloud environment: servers, storage, virtualization, DR, backups, network (LAN / WAN / Wi–Fi / VPN), end–user devices.
  • Ensure uptime, performance, scalability, and cost control.
  • Drive IT service desk / ticket closure, user onboarding / offboarding, identity access management (AD / Azure AD / M365).
  • Maintain IT asset inventory, license compliance, AMC / ATS renewals, vendor SLAs.

  • Network Security Cybersecurity

  • Administer and harden firewall, VPN, VLAN segmentation, IDS / IPS, web / app filtering, remote access policies.

  • Oversee endpoint security (AV / EDR), email security, MFA / SSO, DLP, patch management, and secure configuration baselines.
  • Plan and drive periodic VAPT with external auditors; document findings and ensure timely closure of vulnerabilities.
  • Maintain incident response guidelines, backup / restore plans, DR drills, and evidence for audits / customer security questionnaires.

4. Governance, Compliance Documentation

  • Define and enforce IT policies (password policy, acceptable use, data retention, backup, remote access, employee exit IT checklist, etc.).
  • Maintain IT SOPs, architecture diagrams, network / security documentation, asset registry, and access control logs.
  • Ensure compliance with internal governance and, where needed, with standards such as ISO 27001 / SOC2 / GDPR (or customer–mandated controls).
  • Support internal external audits.

5. Pre–Sales / Solution Consulting

  • Work closely with the sales / business development team to position our technical capabilities (ERP, CRM, IT infrastructure, security solutions) to prospective clients.
  • Participate in client meetings, discovery calls, PoCs, and technical presentations.
  • Conduct requirement gathering from customers and translate it into solution scope, bill of materials (licenses, hardware, services), timelines, and implementation approach.
  • Prepare and deliver demos of Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules (Sales, Service, Finance, Inventory), and explain workflows, reporting, automation, and compliance benefits.
  • Support commercial proposals, RFP / RFQ responses, SoW (Scope of Work), and technical write–ups.
  • Work with OEMs / distributors / technology partners for pricing, special bids, and solution validation.
  • Act as a technical escalation point during negotiations (security posture, infra sizing, data residency, DR, etc.) to build customer confidence.

6. Strategy Leadership

  • Build and execute a 12–24 month IT roadmap covering business applications, cybersecurity, infrastructure modernization, and automation.
  • Recommend new tools / platforms (ticketing, monitoring, collaboration, endpoint management, SOC services, etc.) aligned with business goals.
  • Drive digital transformation internally and for customers (where applicable) and standardize best practices.
  • Mentor and upskill the internal IT / support team; create a strong documentation and compliance culture.
