Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with individual and corporate clients to drive repeat and referral business.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for new vehicles, accessories, insurance, and finance products.
  • Generate new business by identifying potential customers through networking, referrals, events, and digital platforms.
  • Provide expert advice on vehicle features, specifications, and finance options to help customers make informed purchase decisions.
  • Coordinate test drives, vehicle demonstrations, and dealership visits to enhance the customer experience.
  • Manage the entire sales process — from initial inquiry to delivery — ensuring smooth documentation, registration, and payment handling.
  • Collaborate with the finance, insurance, and service departments to deliver complete solutions to customers
  • Handle escalated customer issues, ensure prompt resolution, and maintain a positive brand image.
  • Mentor and support junior sales executives or relationship managers in achieving team objectives.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 5–8 years of experience in automobile sales, including at least 2–3 years in a relationship management or senior sales role.
  • Proven record of achieving high-value sales targets and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong knowledge of automobile models, features, financing, and insurance processes.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and tasks effectively under pressure.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18, ₹25,000.00 per month
