Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Support Engineer to assist our Sales team in managing client requirements, preparing technical documentation, and coordinating post-offer communications. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical understanding, communication skills, and proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Sales Engineers to understand client requirements and prepare relevant documentation.
  • Prepare technical diagrams, cost estimates, and proposals based on client inputs.
  • Coordinate and maintain client communication post-offer submission, ensuring timely follow-ups and updates.
  • Provide details to clients for vendor registration and purchase order (PO) processing.
  • Support internal teams by ensuring accurate data entry and documentation.
  • Maintain organized records of client interactions, quotations, and project documentation.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Education: ITI/Diploma in Engineering or B.Sc. (Graduate Engineers are not eligible).
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar sales support or technical coordination role.
  • Technical Skills:
  • MS Excel – mandatory.
  • AutoCAD – mandatory.
  • Other Requirements:
  • Schooling from an English-medium institution.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
