Sales Management:

· Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed targets.

· Monitor and analyse sales performance, adjusting strategies as needed.

Marketing Initiatives:

· Plan and implement marketing campaigns to promote products and special events.

· Collaborate with marketing team to align local strategies with brand objectives.

Customer Service:

· Ensure a high standard of customer service is maintained at all times.

· Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and professionally.

Team Leadership:

· Train and develop staff to deliver outstanding customer service and sales performance.

· Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.

Inventory Management:

· Oversee inventory control, including stock levels, ordering, and merchandising.

· Conduct regular audits to maintain accuracy and minimize shrinkage.

Visual Merchandising:

· Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards to enhance product displays.

· Ensure the store layout is attractive and aligns with brand guidelines.

Financial Management:

· Manage the store budget, including payroll and expenses, to ensure profitability.

· Prepare financial reports and forecasts as required.

Compliance and Safety:

· Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.

· Maintain a safe and clean working environment for both employees and customers.

Desired Candidate Skill:

  • Previous experience in retail management, preferably in jewellery or luxury goods.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
  • Proficient in inventory management and sales analysis.
  • Knowledge of jewellery products and trends is a plus.

Educational Qualification:

· Any Graduate or Post Graduate:

Experience:

Minimum 8 years in Retail operations and Business development

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹55, ₹70,000.00 per month
