Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Executive, located in Pimpri Chinchwad. The Telesales Executive will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, generating leads, providing customer support, and closing sales. Daily tasks include handling customer inquiries, maintaining a customer database, and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in Lead Generation and Customer Support roles
  • Proven Sales skills and the ability to close deals
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong customer relationships
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
  • Previous experience in the interior design industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
