Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide legal support and advisory on real estate transactions including land acquisition, joint ventures, development agreements, and lease deeds.
  • Ensure compliance with RERA and other applicable real estate laws and regulations.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents including sale agreements, MOUs, construction contracts, and title reports.
  • Handle legal due diligence of properties and projects.
  • Represent the company before authorities, tribunals, and courts as required.
  • Liaise with external legal counsel for litigation and advisory matters.
  • Support in project registration and ongoing compliance under RERA.
  • Advise internal teams (sales, marketing, projects) on legal risks and implications.
  • Maintain legal records and manage legal documentation.

Requirements:

  • LLB/LLM from a recognized university.
  • Minimum 7 years of post-qualification experience in real estate law.
  • In-depth knowledge of RERA, property laws, land acquisition laws, and real estate documentation.
  • Experience working with real estate companies, law firms, or developers preferred.
  • Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in handling legal compliance and regulatory affairs.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50, ₹80,000.00 per month
