Role Description

· Responsible for the Import purchase of Intermediates & Raw material, Rate Negotiation, Import Planning, etc.

· Coordination and Rate Negotiation with Supplier.

· Independently handling Import/Export Pre & Post Shipping documentation and Coordination.

· Negotiate Sea/Air Freight Rate, Schedule plan, costing to finalize shipment with Shipping Line.

· Forwarders/CHA for custom clearance & transporter for smooth movement of the shipment.

· Prepare and Checking Purchase/Sales Orders, Commercial invoices, packing list, COA, COO, IIP, MSDS, DG & Non-DG docs, etc., and any other import/export-related document required.

· Follow up and provide shipping docs to CHA for the checklist, draft BL, Sbill/BOE, and final Export docs, & vendor invoice on time for timely payment & submission to A/cs dept.

  • Keep Updates & Track GRN/IMP/EXP Shipment reports for ETA/ETD schedule
