What you will be doing?

  • Ensure product design decisions are based on real user needs, pain points, and workflows.
  • Build and maintain a scalable design system.
  • Develop and maintain a design system & component library to ensure consistency across modules.
  • Implement micro-interactions, animations, and feedback states to guide users.
  • Continuously improve adoption and user experience through iterative design.
  • Ensure interfaces are accessible, usable, and enterprise-ready.
  • Collaborate with customer success/sales teams to understand user feedback from clients.

Desired Profile?

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, or a related field.
  • Persona creation, customer journey mapping, task flows.
  • Proficiency in Figma (preferred), Sketch, Zeplin, or similar too.
  • Excellent communication & collaborations skills.
  • Comfortable with feedback loops and fast iteration.
  • Familiarity with basic front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JS) for better collaboration with developers.
