About the Role:

We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer with 2-3 years of professional experience to join our team. The ideal candidate has a strong portfolio showcasing modern UI designs and a deep understanding of user experience principles. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to create intuitive, visually appealing, and user-centric digital products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and prototype user interfaces for web and mobile applications using Figma.
  • Utilize Figma for creating wireframes, mockups, interactive prototypes, and design systems.
  • Translate business requirements and user needs into effective design solutions.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to iterate on designs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design consistency and implementation quality.
  • Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and best practices.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
  • Advanced proficiency in Figma for UI/UX design and prototyping.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating modern UI design skills and user-centered design approach.
  • Good understanding of responsive and adaptive design principles.
  • Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Attention to detail and a passion for creating great user experiences.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with animation/motion design.
  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS or front-end development basics.
