About the Role:

We are looking for a highly experienced and technically proficient Senior PCB Design Engineer to lead the design and execution of high-speed, multilayer PCB projects from concept to production. This role is ideal for an individual with a strong foundation in PCB design and a proven track record in mentoring junior engineers, building high-performing teams, and owning full project lifecycles. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with the ability to lead technically and operationally within a cross-functional environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end PCB design projects, from requirements definition to manufacturing release and production support.
  • Design and develop complex, high-density, multilayer PCB layouts using tools such as Cadence Allegro and OrCAD Capture CIS.
  • Apply advanced high-speed design techniques, including impedance control, differential pair routing, and signal/power integrity analysis.
  • Drive the adoption of DFM, DFA, and DFT best practices to ensure manufacturability and testability.
  • Generate complete design documentation: schematics, Gerber files, assembly drawings, and CAM outputs.
  • Train, mentor, and lead a team of junior engineers and freshers, providing guidance on design techniques, tools, and best practices.
  • Establish and maintain design standards, review processes, and tool setups for the team.
  • Collaborate closely with hardware, mechanical, firmware, and manufacturing teams to ensure design alignment and product success.
  • Conduct detailed design reviews and resolve technical challenges throughout the development and production lifecycle.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering.
  • Minimum of 15 years of hands-on experience in high-speed, mixed-signal, and analog PCB design.
  • Proven experience in training and mentoring junior engineers and building new design teams.
  • Demonstrated success in managing end-to-end PCB design projects independently.
  • Advanced proficiency with PCB design tools: Cadence Allegro, OrCAD, CAM350, etc.
  • Strong understanding of signal integrity, power integrity, thermal design, and layer stack-ups.
  • Expertise with via types (through-hole, blind, buried, micro vias) and manufacturing constraints.
  • Familiarity with IPC standards, EMI/EMC guidelines, and industry regulations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
