Job Description
We are seeking a Sales Coordinator who will ensure every parent and student experiences a seamless admission journey. The role requires excellent follow-up, documentation, and proactive communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely follow-ups with parents & students (as per our Flowchart Monitoring System FMS).
- Schedule counseling sessions and share admission fee details on time.
- Document counseling insights through Google Forms (objections, parent mindset, key discussion points).
- Maintain & update the Objection Handling and FAQ systems regularly.
- Send admission test results and counseling reports to parents on time.
- Daily planning (first 30 minutes) and disciplined execution.
- Complete sales & marketing training programs (Udemy/internal courses) and achieve 100% scores in internal quizzes.
Key Requirements
- Fluency in English (spoken & written) – non-negotiable
- Graduate (BBA, MBA, Commerce, or any discipline with strong communication skills)
- 0–3 years of experience (freshers welcome)
- Strong follow-up and documentation skills
- Persistence and proactivity in customer interactions
- Ability to organize, plan, and execute tasks with discipline
- Humble, polite, enthusiastic, and eager to learn

Compensation
2.5L – 4.8L per annum
