Position: Program Head - Youth Skill Development

Organisation: A leading NGO

Qualification: Post Graduate in Social Work/Development Studies

Experience: 10-12 Years in Program Management in youth Development

CTC: 13-15 LPA

Location: Pune

Key Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of delivering on the Kaushalyam program's bold vision by translating strategy into action.
  • Leadership will ensure that every milestone is met efficiently, and with impact.
  • Working hand-in-hand with senior leadership, will prioritize high-impact ideas and turn them into action, ensuring that every improvement moves the needle on our mission.
  • He will be a vital link between the program, leadership, and partners, from aligning with senior management to actively managing relationships with government and external stakeholders, also work closely with HR and department heads to keep the program running smoothly.
  • Monitoring Centres, programs and leading a large team
